Abstract

The BIPV Forum has set itself the task of providing photovoltaics with a stage on the building. Facade integrated solutions are not only intelligent energy sources, but can also represent interesting architectural elements - as a substitute for conventional building materials made of glass, concrete, plastic, wood. The integration of photovoltaic into the building envelope can thus offer aesthetic innovations, but above all it can make a significant contribution to the energy transition. In an exclusive setting, the participants will address technical developments and practical solutions as well as current legal and political framework conditions. At the event, which also focuses on the networking of the participants, the experts will discuss the manifold challenges of building-integrated photovoltaics at a high level of expertise.
